[How long has it been since he's gotten proper rest?
Toushirou doesn't even know anymore, which is why he doesn't bother stopping himself from his training regime. There are small crystals of ice that shimmers around him as he continues to train, pushing his body past the limit.
He keeps on going, only stopping when he becomes aware of a familiar reiatsu approaching him.
A soft sigh escapes from him, his breath showing due to the chilled air that has formed, before he tilts his head back enough to greet the intruder.]
[Renji grins as he enters the training arena. He's been looking for the man for a little while. Sure, Rangiku tried to distract him with drinking, but he was on a mission today. He wanted to talk to him.]
[Toushirou blinks once, as if startled that the older shinigami is the one to ask him to take/need a break. Usually, by now, it would be Matsumoto, but who knows where his lieutenant is.
He's had half the mind to refuse, but he's grown aware of how tired he is, so he simply gives a nod and sheathes a sword.]
[If it was a fancy date, he's going to freeze Renji where he stands.
But the man who comes to greet Renji isn't the tiny captain he just asked out. No, it seems to be an adult version of said captain dressed in in jeans, t-shirt, and a jacket.
