Once they're there, and heading towards the restaurant, Renji pauses.]

[Wait till he was done with school? College takes a few years if you want a decent degree and chances for a good job after. Not that that's why he was doing it. He'd probably just take over the clinic after his dad was done.

Being pulled from his thoughts with the sight of the ring and the question, he looks from Renji's hand to his face and stares.]

[He pulls Ichigo quickly away from the bar towards a bench in the distance. His house isn't exactly clean.

He moves to sit, rubbing his head.]

[He follows, relaxing when they're out of sight of the bar. That could have been a disaster if Renji had resisted leaving...

He stays quiet for a minute before he sits down with a sigh.]

[Renji doesn't want Ichigo to ever feel uncomfortable. Too bad he totally just did. He lets out a heavy sigh, shaking his head.]

Then he turns his full attention back to Renji, laughing despite the situation.]
